The last weekend of June saw us split between Chelsea and Rochford for two very different events. On the Saturday we joined a bunch of crafters to fill the truly beautiful Chelsea Town Hall for We Make London. Felicity was thrilled to meet the super talented Zoe of Love From Hetty & Dave, a very orginal, inspirational brand. Zoe’s collections always have a new quirky edge and this time round it’s all about the rabbit & mouse rings.
We feel in love with Cara’s Creations' handmade petticoats & adorable ballerina print sure to complete any lil girl’s room.
The Seaside Sisters were teaching the willing public how to make bunting. We also saw the lovely Crème Nouveau & Hatastic , who we had just had the pleasure of meeting at Brighton Fashion Week. Crème Nouveau were showcasing their new Twinkle Deluxe super sparkly broaches. Hatastic was showing off the fab Jigsaw Puzzle fascinator.
Love from B are also a dab hand at knitting. Their hottest new necklace is their tea-time heart for a very affordable £12.
On the Sunday, we swapped for the outdoors to take part in the Pure Nostalgia car show. Joined by the lovely Rayna Terror, Donks and Vintage Victory's Geraldo & Katy, we had a fabulous time in the sunshine.
The cars were lush, the makeshift dance floor buzzing and the ladies were glamorous. Our friend Fiona from Togged to the Bricks
was ultra glam, placing runner up for the Best Dressed Competition.
We visited Hipnotique Vintage, who will also be joining us at Vintage Vogue Fair, Brentwood later in the year. Hipnotique’s union jack gazebo was too bold to miss, and we enjoyed a good rummage round their stall!
Our very first outside stall taught us the need for a gazebo and we were super grateful that Rayna & Donks came to our rescue and saved us from sun stroke!
